The house is pretty much dried in at this point. The only thing missing is the roof and some doors. The roofing materials should be ready for install by the second week of September and the doors are readily available, I just need to pay for them and get them picked up or delivered. Here are some pictures of the progress from this week.
Plumbing rough in will start this coming Tuesday, August 30th, followed by electrical. We still have a lot of loose ends to figure out and rap up prior to being anywhere near substantial completion. I applied for a bank loan this last week to finance the final stages of construction. With a little bit of luck we might have the house done by years end, that is the current goal.
