Mike and I are the proud parents of a few healthy pieces of food. Our plants are off to a good start and they are already gifting us with nourishment ( : A few days ago I ate our first tomato, it was about the size of a gumball and it was the best tomato I’ve ever had… no doubt that hast to do with the knowledge that it came to life due to a beautiful environment we call home and a little extra water and care. Below is a picture of its brothers and sisters that will soon be ready to eat, as well as an updated picture of our Tahitian limes, and a delicious green bell pepper.
